If needed, you can receive care at any time with our home care partner. A wide variety of care services are available, and you pay only for what you need.
This is by far one of the best facilities in Albuquerque. The staff is very efficient in their duties very caring with the residents. They have the best marketing department also one of the best employees around in that department. The housing is very roomy and comfortable. The food is very delightful. I recommend all to come join the community.
My Mom lived here for the last 3 & 1/2 years of her life. The community was loving and supportive. She had some pretty strict dietary issues (gluten-free / celiac) and Chef Stuart worked with her to provide good healthy options that worked for her. She made many good friends and was always busy with fun activities. Thank you Sandia Vista!

Can we afford Sandia Vista Senior Living?
Most of our community members come from modest backgrounds—and their retirement funds and social security benefits typically cover our costs completely. In fact, our monthly rates are comparable to what many retirees spend to stay in their own homes.
How is that possible? The monthly Stellar Senior Living commitment includes all the separate expenses your parents are currently managing: mortgage or rent, utilities, groceries and dining out, housekeeping, home health services, entertainment, and lots more.
How do members get around outside the community?
Here at Sandia Vista, we want to help you live life on your terms! We have community vehicles ready for scheduled medical visits and for group activity transportation all around the area. We can also help you schedule third party transportation. Plus, visits with family and friends are always welcome when allowed by current health and safety regulations.

All meals are approved by a certified dietitian and can be made heart-healthy upon request.
